Marketing manager
Our Client, a real estate company requires the service a strategic digital and transactional marketing manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the sale and lease of real estate properties.
Location- Festac Lagos
Job Responsibilities
★Develop and execute marketing plans: Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives and target market.
★Brand management: Strengthen and maintain the company's brand identity and reputation.
Market research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target demographics.
★Digital marketing: Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
★Content creation: Create engaging content, such as blog posts, articles, and social media posts, to attract and inform potential customers.
★Public relations: Manage public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and event planning
★Sales support: Provide marketing support to the sales team, including sales collateral, presentations, and lead generation.
★Team management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
★Budget management: Manage the marketing budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
Qualifications and qualification
★HND/BSc/MSc/MBA in marketing, business ★administration, or a related field.
★Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
★ Experience with property management software.
★Certification in marketing or digital marketing is an added advantage.
★Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
★Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
★Creative problem-solving abilities.
★Strong leadership and team management skills.
★Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Salary:- N150,000 plus other benefits
Note: This role will require strong leadership, creativity, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
