Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR and Marketing Intern to join our team. The intern will gain valuable experience in both human resources and marketing, contributing to various projects and initiatives. Responsibilities: Human Resources: -Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters. -Contribute to employee relations activities, such as organizing team-building events and assisting with performance reviews. -Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations. -Support HR projects, such as updating employee handbooks and conducting surveys. Marketing: -Assist with content creation for marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns. -Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. -Support marketing campaigns and events, such as trade shows and conferences. -Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and plans. Qualifications: -Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). -Interest in learning about HR and marketing best practices.
