Candy Line Production Manager for Confectionery Factory
The Sweet Line Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sweet production line within our confectionery factory. This role ensures that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of confectionery processes, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Application Question(s):
- Manage and supervise the sweet production line, ensuring production schedules are met.
- Oversee the entire production process, from raw material preparation to final product packaging. (Candy, Toffy, Gum, Lollypop...)
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and comply with food safety regulations.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain product consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address any product issues and implement corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the confectionery or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of confectionery production processes, equipment, and quality standards.
