Job Title Experienced Corporate Finance (Deputy Vice President) Job Summary The candidate will be responsible for driving strategic financial decision-making as a Corporate Finance professional. Leverage expertise in financial planning, analysis, and modelling to optimize business performance, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities
Preparation of quality transaction proposals
Ability to build Financial Models
Adept in Company Valuation
Ability to prepare documents for SEC related transaction
Drafting and review of key transaction documents for issuances i.e. Prospectuses, Private Placement Memoranda etc.
Ability to conduct company/economic research
Preparation of preliminary financial review of prospects to ascertain viability of transaction
Liaising with clients to obtain necessary transaction information and documents
Coordinating the activities of other professional parties to a transaction
Supervision of the Post Offer compliance and housekeeping process
Skills
Very strong analytical and numeric skills
Intermediate working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point
Strong written and oral communication
Good Understanding of the Capital Market
Proactive and requires limited supervision
Good Presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on, post-NYSC work experience in Corporate Finance.
Candidates with relevant experience in an Issuing House, and in the Corporate Finance department are preferred.
ACCA, ICAN qualified or level 2 candidate.
