We seek an experienced Executive Assistant on vollunteering terms to support our CEO/Founder in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: 1. Manage CEO/Founder's schedule, calendar, and travel arrangements. 2. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences. 3. Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and action items. 4. Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital. Communication and Collaboration: 1. Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. 2. Respond to emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely and professional manner. 3. Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring seamless information flow. 4. Coordinate with team members to gather information and data 5. Monitor and analyze sales, customer service, and operational metrics. 6. Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions. 7. Assist in managing inventory, shipping, and logistics. Project Management: 1. Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring. 2. Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions. 3. Collaborate with teams to ensure project deliverables meet CEO/Founder's expectations. Special Projects: 1. Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and industry developments. 2. Assist in developing business strategies and plans. 3. Participate in special projects, such as events, product launches, or marketing campaigns. Requirements: Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. - 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative professional. - E-commerce industry experience preferred. Skills: - Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. - Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion. - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
