Due to expansion, they are recruiting to fill the position below:
Manage the schedules and communications of key executives. This includes answering phones, taking messages, and routing calls
Make travel arrangements for executives
Organize documents and reports, and prepare them for meetings
Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
May handle simple bookkeeping tasks
Act as a point of contact between executives clients and staff
Maintains and refines internal company processes
Requirements
BSc in Business Administration or any other related course
Minimum of 3 years in Executive administration or any other related roles
Good time management skills
Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, is important
Good communication skills both verbal and non-verbal, be technology-savvy and be great at multitasking
