Due to expansion, they are in need of a Customer Support Officer.
Job Responsibilities
Process Financial transactions for customers
Offer information on banking products and services
Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases.
Identify and Troubleshoot common issues with products or services
Collect and verify customer identification, instruct customers on completing account forms, and explain account features and fees.
Handle customer complaints with patience, diplomacy and provide solutions and alternatives
Working with a team of customer service representatives and other departments to find solutions to problem.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related course
Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer representation in a related industry
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
High level problem solving ability
Computer Literacy.
