Customer Support Officer
- Our client is a Financial Technology company that allows users to save securely, invest and grow their wealth ethically with ease.
- Due to expansion, they are in need of a Customer Support Officer.
- Process Financial transactions for customers
- Offer information on banking products and services
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases.
- Identify and Troubleshoot common issues with products or services
- Collect and verify customer identification, instruct customers on completing account forms, and explain account features and fees.
- Handle customer complaints with patience, diplomacy and provide solutions and alternatives
- Working with a team of customer service representatives and other departments to find solutions to problem.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related course
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer representation in a related industry
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
- High level problem solving ability
- Computer Literacy.
