Contract/Subcontract Manager H/F
Position Summary
Ponticelli Frères, an industrial group with an international presence serving companies in the energy sector, is looking for a Contract/Subcontract Manager.As we are expanding our Project Management Office for international projects, The Contract/Subcontract Manager will work on:
- Legal analysis of tender documents
- Contractual monitoring throughout contract execution
- Implementation and coordination of the resources and processes required to control the financial and legal risks incurred
- Preparation and follow-up of any litigation files that may arise
- Drafting of subcontracting contracts for projects
Profile Wanted
BAC +5 degreeAt least 5 years' experience in contract management, including at least one on construction and/or maintenance projects
Good level of English
Possibility of some overseas assignments
