Chief Technology Officer
Position Overview
Our client seeks a young, ambitious, and innovative CTO with at least 10 years of relevant experience to oversee the entire technological framework of the company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fintech trends, an entrepreneurial spirit, and proven experience leading tech teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pay: ₦1,500,000.00 - ₦1,700,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive tech strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Innovation: Drive innovation in product development, ensuring the company stays at the forefront of fintech advancements.
- Scalability: Oversee the architecture and scalability of the company’s platforms to support rapid growth and user demands.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring robust security protocols and compliance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other C-level executives to align technical initiatives with business goals.
- Budget Oversight: Manage and optimize the technology budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in tech roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, preferably in the fintech sector.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of modern tech stacks, cloud solutions, data security practices, and fintech product development.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse tech teams and cultivate a culture of innovation.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Pay: ₦1,500,000.00 - ₦1,700,000.00 per month
