Job Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal counsel and representation in corporate and litigation cases.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
- Manage and oversee case files from inception to resolution, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Engage in negotiations and participate in court proceedings as required.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations, providing strategic guidance tailored to their objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with other legal team members to develop innovative solutions for complex legal challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal regulations and industry practices.
- A minimum of 5 years post-call to bar experience, with a strong background in both corporate law and litigation.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure cases and maintain attention to detail.
- Demonstrated client management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in relevant legal software and technology tools.
