Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies.
- Ensure supplier reliability and align procurement with company goals.
- Optimize procurement for cost and efficiency.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Mitigate supply chain risks and develop contingency plans for business continuity.
- Manage supplier relationships and contracts to ensure quality, cost, and delivery.
- Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
- Optimize supplier performance and ensure contract compliance.
- Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, securing favorable terms and ensuring compliance with legal and corporate policies.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing procurement strategies.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Familiarity with procurement software and data analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of financial and budgetary management.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to procurement.
- Strategic thinking and vision
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
