Job Summary:
We're looking for a seasoned Business Development/Operational Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts, foster strategic partnerships, and optimize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business development, operational, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (40%):
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
2. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
3. Build and maintain relationships with Directors and parents
4. Negotiate and close deals.
Operations (30%):
1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
2. Develop and implement processes, policies, and procedures.
3. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Strategy & Growth (30%):
1. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute company strategy.
2. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification.
3. Identify areas for innovation and growth.
4. Develop and implement growth initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in business development, operations, or management.
3. Proven track record of driving growth, revenue, and partnerships.
4. Strong understanding of the tech industry and market trends.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
6. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical expertise.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
