Job Title: BTL Manager Department: Marketing Job Summary: The BTL Manager will be responsible for leading and executing all Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities aimed at driving brand trial and awareness. This individual will oversee a team of 13 Area Marketing Managers and will report directly to the Head of Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of planning, executing, and evaluating large- scale BTL campaigns, with a particular focus on marketing activations and sampling programs. Key Responsibilities:
∙Develop and implement comprehensive BTL marketing strategies aligned with
overall brand objectives.
∙Lead a team of 13 Area Marketing Managers to ensure effective execution of BTL
campaigns across all regions.
∙Manage the planning, budgeting, and execution of BTL activities, including
marketing activations, sampling programs, and other field marketing initiatives.
∙Conduct post-activation ROI analysis to measure the effectiveness of BTL campaigns
and identify areas for improvement.
∙Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage relationships with external agencies and
stakeholders.
∙Prepare and present regular business reviews to the Head of Marketing and General
Manager.
∙Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy across
marketing efforts.
Requirements
∙Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
∙Minimum of 7 years of experience in BTL marketing, with a proven track record of
success in planning, executing, and evaluating large-scale campaigns.
∙Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of 13 Area Marketing Managers.
∙Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
∙Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
∙Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∙Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
