Job Summary
The Sales/Marketing Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services, developing sales strategies, and working closely with potential and existing customers to meet their needs.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Promote the company’s products/services to existing and potential customers through marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs. and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales or marketing roles (1 year preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
