Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of Crisp TV’s You Tube channel, including content uploads, optimization, and audience engagement.

Develop and implement SEO strategies to optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for higher search visibility and engagement.

Manage Crisp TV’s social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, Tik Tok) to drive traffic to the You Tube channel.

Conduct keyword research and utilize the right keywords to ensure our content is discoverable and ranks high in search results.

Engage with our audience by responding to comments, fostering discussions, and building a loyal community around our content.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like You Tube Analytics, Google Analytics, and social media insights to understand audience behavior and improve content strategies.

Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and other team members to maintain a consistent and high-quality content strategy.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, You Tube algorithms, and digital marketing to ensure Crisp TV remains at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and growing You Tube channels and social media accounts with a focus on driving engagement and traffic.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, particularly for You Tube and social media platforms.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., You Tube Analytics, Google Analytics) and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our audience.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
