Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Adhoc Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the best talents are sourced and onboarded. This role is suited for individuals with prior experience in recruitment, preferably within a consulting firm. The position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with occasional office presence in Gbagada.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview processes.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.
Maintain an active talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.
Requirements:
1-3 years of recruitment experience, with a strong understanding of various sourcing techniques.
Prior experience in the consulting firm industry is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be comfortable with a hybrid work setup, with the ability to commute to Gbagada as required.
