We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Adhoc Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the best talents are sourced and onboarded. This role is suited for individuals with prior experience in recruitment, preferably within a consulting firm. The position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with occasional office presence in Gbagada.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
- Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, with a strong understanding of various sourcing techniques.
- Prior experience in the consulting firm industry is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable with a hybrid work setup, with the ability to commute to Gbagada as required.
