JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a proactive and talented Internal Recruiter to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with various departments to gain insights into their hiring requirements and create tailored recruitment campaigns aimed at sourcing candidates with the right skills and experience. Additionally, as a Head Hunter, your focus will be on tapping into the hidden talent market, utilizing innovative techniques to connect with passive candidates. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong passion for fostering relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. With an emphasis on mentorship, you will not only aid in the hiring process but also play a crucial role in enhancing our employer brand in the competitive job market. Responsibilities
· Identify, attract, and hire talent that aligns with the company’s needs and culture. Additionally, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining CV bank and candidate database to creating a pool of talents for various roles.
· Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews and assessments.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
· Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates.
· Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and talent availability.
Requirements
· Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an internal recruiter or head hunter in a corporate setting.
· Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment techniques.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
· Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and hiring managers.
· Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
· Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates effectively.
· Knowledge of labor market trends and employment laws.
