Additionally, as a Head Hunter, your focus will be on tapping into the hidden talent market, utilizing innovative techniques to connect with passive candidates. Responsibilities · Identify, attract, and hire talent that aligns with the company’s needs and culture. Additionally, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining CV bank and candidate database to creating a pool of talents for various roles. · Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews and assessments. · Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions. · Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates. · Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. · Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and talent availability. Requirements · Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an internal recruiter or head hunter in a corporate setting. · Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment techniques. · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships. · Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and hiring managers. · Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. · Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates effectively. · Knowledge of labor market trends and employment laws.
