- Be innovative, curious and seek continuous improvement, with a growth mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on transparency
- Displays a strong level of accountability and holds the team to the same standard.
- 1-3+ years‘ experience in a professional services firm or medium to large corporate environment
