Senior Portfolio Analyst

We're seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Analyst to join our Workplace Services Team and take responsibility for the integrity of our data, co-ordinate our capital and operating budgets, contribute to the development of strategies and programmes, develop and maintain information sets that support and inform workplace asset management, long term investment and leasing decisions.
You'll work with the Principal Portfolio Analyst, and the wider Workplace team, to ensure high quality analysis of property data supports the correct decision making and that the portfolio requirements are reflected in long term planning.
You will be that go to person for information and analytical input as everyday support for the team, and have an appreciation of managing financials, plus be involved in one off projects. We have exciting challenges coming up as we establish a new operating model in Workplace Services, so no two days will be the same.

The Senior Portfolio Analyst role will focus on:
  • Business unit financial management – maintain and report against our capital and operating budgets and provide regular advice and updates to other team members and the leadership team.
  • Portfolio Information Management – develop and maintain information sets to support asset management, long term investment planning and leasing decisions.
  • Portfolio Analysis and Advice – provide high quality advice and analytical input across the Workplace Services Group and contribute to the development of methodologies and procedures.
  • Information Stewardship – understand the information needs of Workplace Services and our Stakeholders and establish real-time information availability.
  • Analysis and Reporting – provide regular and relevant portfolio reporting for Workplace and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management – build and maintain relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
We're seeking a Senior Portfolio Analyst with budget and property portfolio analytics experience, including property portfolio planning and asset management. We're really keen to see your highly developed analytical skills and how you translate business data and extracted information into strategic and operational opportunities. You will thrive on working at pace ensuring deliverables and milestones are met.
As a senior professional, there is great scope for you to take this position and develop it as your own.

Salary range: $102,533.00 - $124,402.00
