Wai-Atamai – Fixed Term + Part-Time Opportunity Wai-Atamai is the social innovation arm of Te Whānau o Waipareira, specializing in Collective Impact to address complex issues affecting whānau wellbeing. Through strategic partnerships, Wai-Atamai leads initiatives focused on collaborative solutions, grounded in kaupapa Māori approaches. As a key player in Te Pae Herenga o Tāmaki, the largest Whānau Ora collective, Wai-Atamai drives growth and evidences meaningful change for whānau. Mō tēnei tūranga (About this role): The Wai-Atamai Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the Programme Manager, Relationship Manager, and Programme Director, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, programme coordination, and reporting. You will handle documentation, scheduling, event planning, and communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing to the success of Wai-Atamai’s initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
Administrative Support: Managing calendars, preparing documentation, and coordinating key meetings and events.
Programme Reporting: Assisting with the consolidation and preparation of reports across various work streams, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Event Coordination: Planning and executing meetings and workshops, managing logistics such as venue bookings, RSVPs, and material preparation.

The successful candidate will bring:
Strong organizational skills with over 4 years of experience in administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Familiarity with Te Reo Māori & Tikanga Māori, and a commitment to a by Māori, for Māori approach.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
