- Monday – Friday, 1-Year Fixed Term Contract with 40 hours guaranteed per week
We are currently seeking to employ a Finance Administrator to our Support Office team based in Auckland. In this role, you will provide an administrative support service to the Auckland Support Office. The successful applicant will need to be confident and have the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
About the Role

- First point of contact with landlord, security, building maintenance
- Administration support to a wider team
- Processing staff and creditor invoices and payments
- Data entry, filing and reporting.
- Customer service – fielding queries from suppliers
- Maintaining and updating systems
- Creating purchase orders
- Supplier statement reconciliations
Qualifications and Skills
- Similar experience working in a similar role.
- Has the ability to be flexible and adaptable in their work environment.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work collaboratively in a team.
- self-motivated, proactive, and multi-tasking ability.
