We’re looking for a dedicated individual to oversee the daily school transport operations in Dannevirke, servicing the Hawkes Bay area. This is a great opportunity for someone with operational experience, ideally with some administrative skills, to manage people, fleet, and administration. If you don’t have administrative experience but are eager to learn, we’d still love to hear from you. This is a part-time role (30 hours per week) and could be a perfect fit for a driver ready to take the next step in their career or a current Supervisor looking to advance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth and timely operation of all daily school and Technology transport contracts
- Manage accidents and incidents
- Carry out driving duties when required
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs with the workshop team
- Perform various administrative tasks
- Assist with charter planning and delivery
- Current Class 2 License & P Endorsement
- Strong customer service focus
- Leadership and interpersonal skills with a practical, people-focused approach
- Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and proficiency in technology
- Ability to plan, organize, and adapt to change effectively
