Regulatory Services Support Team Leader

The previously advertised role of Community Safety Support Team Leader has been updated with the revised title of Regulatory Services Support Team Leader to more accurately reflect the intent and responsibilities for this role.
Who are we looking for
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused, dynamic individual to join our team as Regulatory Services Support Team Leader. In this role, you will lead the team supporting the administration and business process services across Animal Control, Environmental Health and Monitoring and Bylaws activities. You will play a crucial role in building team capability and in developing and maintaining positive, effective relationships with customers and colleagues, ensuring professional and customer-centric service delivery.

- Proven business support experience in a leadership role, ideally within a community safety or regulatory compliance environment
- Strong understanding of Environmental Health, Compliance, or Animal Control operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Relevant qualifications and certifications may be an advantage
- Local Government knowledge and customer service experience
