Managing the city’s Cremations and Interments services
Collating, maintaining and providing evidential material relating to enforcement action, information requests and reports specific to animal control and later Alcohol licensing and Parking.
Ensuring that documentation and information is developed and issued within the legal requirements.
Foster and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
Identify key areas for administrative development.
Provide a range of administrative services for the diverse functions within the team including invoice management, record management and the issuing of Certificates and Licenses.
Provide on-call and afterhours services as required.
