Gore District Council is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Regulatory Administrator to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a variety of administrative functions across regulatory areas, planning, and roading administration. You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team in a role that has new challenges every day.
About the role
In this role, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support for regulatory matters, including assisting with planning consents and resource management administration. You’ll coordinate roading administration tasks and act as a liaison with stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow. Maintaining accurate records and documentation will be a key responsibility, along with effective communication with team members and the public to support project objectives and regulatory compliance.
About you

At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Excellent communication and literacy skills.
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
