About the opportunity Our Marketing & Communications team are a true powerhouse! As the internal design agency for our other New Zealand based offices, this team work together to ensure that our global brand is looking sleek and professional, our regional marketing activities are effective and relevant, and our clients are getting the best possible marketing and communications advice and support. It’s a strong and collaborative team who take a huge amount of pride in their work and have plenty of laughs along the way. The varying complexity of our clients presents unique opportunities for you to learn about a very diverse range of businesses and their Marketing and Communications needs. There is always something new happening which provides plenty of opportunity to develop your skills further. This fixed-term role involves:
Managing our digital and social media channels
Preparing and scheduling our EDM’s
Updating and creating branded Microsoft product templates
Campaign planning and creative ideation
Coordinating and managing event marketing
Liaison with national office for collateral
Preparation of marketing proposals/documents

About you We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications assistant with an absolute eye for detail. You would also be at an advantage if you have the following:
At least 3-5 years in a Marketing and Communications Assistant role or Social Media Campaign Managers role, preferably with B2B experience
Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team
A passion for branding and maintaining brand guidelines across outputs
A knack for building relationships with a variety of clients and stakeholders
Proven ability to juggle a constantly changing workload meeting deadlines
Strong commitment using your initiative to solve a variety of out of the box problems
Solid experience with MS Office suite
Solid experience with Mailchimp, Social/Digital media channels and Event Brite
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with no issues picking up a phone.
