Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Take full responsibility for your portfolio of clients, ensuring their success through proactive management, quality service delivery, and strategic guidance. You'll be the key point of contact, building strong, lasting relationships.
Workflow Planning: Ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. You'll be responsible for planning and managing workflow, balancing resources to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
Quality Review: Conduct thorough reviews of audit files, ensuring they meet high standards. You'll play a critical role in maintaining the quality and integrity of work, safeguarding the Baker Tilly reputation and that of their clients.
Training & Development: Lead and mentor your team, providing training and development opportunities to foster growth and enhance performance. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future leaders of the firm.
Work Management: Allocate approximately one-third of your time to managing work processes, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to deadlines. The remaining two-thirds will be dedicated to working directly with clients, reviewing work, and conducting client meetings.

This role will suit someone ambitious, with a strong work ethic, and you will be rewarded for your overtime via stacked time in lieu/ paid overtime. There will be flexibility within the role with the option to work from home 1 day a week, and flexible hours to suit your family and personal life.
You will be remunerated well, while also having birthdays off, an extra weeks annual leave, a company cell phone and on-site car parking. The firm will also consider relocation costs for the successful applicant if relocating from out of town.
