Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
As our newest Digital Marketing Manager in our Hobsonville office, this is an opportunity to shape the execution of our marketing and communications across our digital channels, including social media, website and email channels.
This is an exciting role managing the online communities for our large-scale residential development brands like Hobsonville Point, Roskill Development, Mangere Development and Lakeside, to name a few. You'll be responsible for organising paid media, scheduling content across multiple digital channels and reporting on performance, and your prior experience in these areas will ensure you're set up for success. You'll be a natural communicator, collaborator and problem solver who is comfortable providing expert advice on digital marketing to stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in using content creation platforms such as Canva, Adobe In Design or Photoshop is essential, and you'll be comfortable working with external marketing agencies and web developers to leverage new technology and improve processes. Ideally, you'll have a strong agency or corporate background managing multiple brands to support you to hit the ground running in this exciting new position.
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring
If you're experienced working with stakeholders and have a customer-centric approach with strong attention to detail, we'd like to hear from you. Here's what we'd love for you to bring to the role:
- Proven (5 years) experience in developing/championing an organisation's brand via digital and social channels.
- Demonstrated experience of social media management, preferably across Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, Twitter and Neighbourly.
- Clear and confident communicator, who can write for humans, and Kiwi users of social media.
- Conceptual with the ability to identify patterns, connections or trends. Can make complex situations clear and understandable.
- Experience with photography and/or video production for the purposes of digital media content, familiar with graphic/imaging applications like Photoshop and Canva.
