We're looking for a Marketing Executive - Acquisition & Engagement to join our Reader Revenue team who is keen to develop their customer acquisition and brand marketing skills and take that next step in their career. Your primary responsibility will be to drive innovative marketing campaigns for subscriber growth and retention across our portfolio of leading magazines and newspapers such as NZ Gardener, NZ House & Garden and Sunday Star-Times. You'll play a pivotal role in executing strategies to attract new customers while deepening engagement with existing audiences, ensuring our iconic brands continue to thrive in a competitive landscape. Day to day, you'll be responsible for:
Executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for Stuff's print and digital newspaper and magazine products, driving subscriptions and aligning with the Reader Revenue strategy.
Tracking and analysing campaign performance through weekly KPI reporting, delivering campaign insights and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborating with the Marketing Manager - Acquisition & Engagement to continuously refine subscriber journeys for maximum growth and retention.
To be successful in this role you will bring the following
Exceptional communication skills with a creative flair and keen attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to confidently collaborate across teams to share ideas and action marketing campaigns.
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or other relevant field.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently or contribute as part of a team when needed.
Experience with or a willingness to learn e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools, such as Shopify and Google Analytics.
A passion for news media and/or an interest in lifestyle and entertainment content would be advantageous.
