About the role Based in the Learning and Development team, this role is responsible for implementing e Learning initiatives as part of AUT's Aronui Ora programme. Aronui Ora is the professional development programme to bring to life or give breath to Te Aronui, our AUT Te Tiriti Framework. The vision of our framework is to see a culture within AUT that views Te Tiriti as an opportunity to grow and prosper as a university. Te Aronui provides a foundation for faculties, schools, and central service units to formulate operational plans to enhance positive outcomes for Māori and the wider AUT whānau. This role is pivotal in helping build our staff's cultural competency. Skills and Experience Successful applicants will need to be able to demonstrate:
Experience working with Learning Management Systems to affect change in the staff experience.
Good understanding of learning and teaching processes in tertiary education.
Intermediate technical expertise with common learning technologies.
A demonstrated ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
A commitment to enacting Te Aronui, AUT's Te Tiriti framework and a great fit with our team culture.
