We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Partnerships and Alumni Manager to join our Vice-Chancellor's Office in support of AUT's strategy and priorities. You will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our vision of 'enriching lives and creating a better world through technology, learning, and discovery', by building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Key focus areas of the roles include:
Identify, develop and maintain key strategic partnerships that align with AUT's new strategy and core values.
Provide leadership for AUT's Alumni Team, ensuring we develop and maintain connections with our more than 150,000 alumni.
Develop strategies to optimise relationships with partners and alumni in support of AUT's long-term vision.
Manage AUT's relationship with existing Alumni, through events, programs, and initiatives that foster meaningful connections between alumni, and the university.
Ko wai koe | About you We are looking for a highly motivated and forward-thinking leader with proven experience in managing partnerships. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, strategic planning and relationship building skills, with the ability to align external relationships with AUT's strategic goals. Key requirements:
A demonstrated ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships.
Strong leadership skills, including experience managing a small team.
Experience in planning and executing long-term engagements.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
