Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mandarin-speaking Building and Construction Account Manager with established business connections to join our dynamic Albany team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts within the building and construction industry, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, strong relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindset.
About the Role:

Your primary focus will be to grow the Anzor brand and expand our user base in the Building and Construction sector by acquiring new customers monthly.
Proactively seek out new opportunities while providing exceptional customer service.
Identify sales growth areas within the Building and Construction space to meet revenue targets.
Foster strong customer relationships through outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Collaborate effectively with the wider team and provide support to the branch as needed.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Is fluent in Mandarin and has strong business connections.
Has a deep understanding of the building and construction industry, including materials, processes, and regulations.
Possesses proven experience in driving exceptional sales growth.
Is comfortable delivering and exceeding targets.
Is sales-process oriented with strong drive and commitment.
Is eager to increase sales year after year with a positive attitude.
Has experience in selling fasteners or working in a trade environment (preferred but not mandatory).
