Job Description
Twily LLC is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various projects for our clients while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality objectives are met.
Your Responsibilities
- Project Management: Plan, organize, and lead projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Client Communication: Serve as the main contact point for clients, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions if necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed project reports and maintain accurate documentation for future reference.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and propose innovative solutions.
- JIRA Utilization: Manage projects using JIRA to track tasks, deadlines, and team performance. Ensure regular and accurate updates of JIRA tickets.
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably in a digital agency or tech company.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, and confirmed experience with JIRA.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify potential issues and propose creative and effective solutions.
- Team Spirit: Ability to work in a team environment and motivate team members to achieve common goals.
