Developer for ODM & IBM Projects

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Developer to work on our ODM (Operational Decision Manager) and IBM projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, decision management, and a passion for solving complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize decision management applications using IBM ODM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to IBM and ODM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience with IBM ODM, Java, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with business rules management systems (BRMS) and decision modeling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other IBM products (e.g., IBM BPM, IBM Cloud).
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
