Web Designer
About Us:
We are a fast-growing digital agency, dedicated to delivering high-quality websites and digital experiences for a wide range of clients, while also developing innovative internal projects. We are looking for a talented Web Designer who is passionate about both client and internal projects, with the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging websites for both internal projects and client projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and deliver design solutions that meet project goals.
- Ensure that all designs are optimized for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs into functional websites.
- Maintain brand consistency and high-quality design standards across internal and client web projects.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines for both internal and client work.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing both internal and client projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma/Sketch.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Java Script) and how designs translate to code.
- Experience with responsive design, mobile-first design approaches, and UX/UI principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
Preferred:
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as Word Press, Shopify, or Webflow.
- Knowledge of SEO and web performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Ability to adapt designs to client needs while adhering to company standards for internal projects.
