We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Marketing Specialist who can handle all aspects of marketing for these diverse businesses. From market research to executing complete marketing strategies, you'll be an essential part of driving growth for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand the target markets, competition, and customer preferences for various client industries (Spa, retail, cosmetics, travel, etc.).
- Marketing Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans for each client’s business, aligning strategies with their goals and needs.
- Content Creation: Write engaging and persuasive content (blogs, social media posts, emails, etc.) tailored to different audiences across multiple industries.
- Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across multiple digital platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) for each client.
- Creative Development: Collaborate with designers to produce visually compelling marketing creatives such as banners, social media graphics, and videos.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to drive traffic and improve visibility for client businesses.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns that engage and convert leads into loyal customers for each client.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage marketing budgets efficiently to ensure high ROI for each client’s marketing efforts.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and ensure that all marketing strategies are aligned with their business goals.
- Proven experience in managing marketing strategies and campaigns across various industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Ability to conduct detailed market research and create tailored marketing plans.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Great communication and collaboration skills, especially in client-facing roles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
