JOB TITLE: Projects Technical Specialist NWA
DEPARTMENT: PMO
REPORTING TO: PMO Manager
LOCATION: Casablanca, Morocco

Valid driver’s license and own transport.
PURPOSE OF POSITION
To support the Contractors and Customers in the NWA Region during the project’s implementation phase. Prepare the installation procedures and secure technical trainings, ensure on-site and remote support for the Retail, Mining, Commercial and Fleet projects,
Ensure quality assurance for different projects technical deliverables
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure Gilbarco Veeder-Root Health & Safety procedures and policy compliance
Comply with every approved operation and installation procedures.
Ensure availability for evening and weekend stand-by duty outs.
Provide necessary field installation support to Contactors remotely or on Site for the implementation of the project scope.
Conduct technical trainings when requested for Contactors or Customers remotely or on Site for the implementation of the project scope.
Ensure all projects technical deliverables are quality assured before handover to support
Assist centre of excellence team as needed, in providing after sales technical support remotely or on Site.
Continuously expand knowledge of products, services, and features within our portfolio by collaborating with internal and external parties
Create standard work and procedures as needed by the organization and project scope.
Creating of Image as per project scope per Country and customer
Prepare the installation staging and deployments procedures and checklists
Support sales staff by creating a detailed Equipment BOM (Bill of Martial) to ensure that the project needs are filled to customer specification.
Managing of Project on a technical basis to ensure that the highest installation quality is adhered to
Daily management of the contractor technician to ensure we adhere to the project timeline
Daily management internally and with the customers (Daily, Weekly and Monthly meeting)
Logging Faults or Bug with equipment or software with the supplier(s)
