We are looking for HSE Supervisor to join our HSE team. Based in Durango – Mexico.
Main responsibilities:
- Maintain a system that could meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Energy Performance under ISO 9001/ TL 9000, 45001, 14001 and 50 001 standards.
- Responsible for having the investigations of incidents, accidents and/or diseases on time and that the actions are coherent and solve the problem.
- Ensure that internal and external failures of management systems, ISO are documented and that corrective actions are issued on time and implemented in the plant.
- Provide the IMS Manual to all departments in the plant.
- Supervise the correct control, handling, and disposal of waste and chemical products.
- Follow up on the department's indicators and develop relevant action plans.
- Ensure that risks are identified and managed within the process.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree: (Professional, Specialization, Master's, Doctorate) Professional in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration. Specialization in Improvement and Productivity or Quality, Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Management Systems
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in the area.
- Language: Medium English (Required)
- Office Management
- Interpretation and implementation of the rules; ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001+TL9000 and ISO 50001. Internal Auditor at; ISO 14001, ISO 9001+ TL9000, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001
