We are looking for a Tool Crib Administrator to join our Materials team. Based in Piedras Negras, Coahuila. Tool Crib administrator is required to maintain, control, & administrate the non-raw material levels with accurate inventory. Generating planned requisitions as needed according to max-min levels, re-order points/safety stocks, & consumes of non-raw materials. Organization and analysis skills are also key to improve administration of materials & collaborate and propose saving projects as well.
Job responsibilities
- Inventory management: max-min requirements, SS (safety stock), ROP (re-order point)
- Non-raw materials control, handling & administration.
- Requisitions creation and receipt for NRM according to needs.
- Organization and cycle count of inventory of NRM.
- Proposal & participation in projects for savings on costs, usage, etc.
- Close communication with purchasing, warehouse, maintenance & manufacturing for NRM needs.
Who are we looking for?
- College degree engineering (industrial, systems, similar).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the Tool Crib, Warehouse, or similar positions.
- SAP (preferred).
- Language: Advanced English.
- Good Microsoft Office Management (excel, PP presentations, outlook).
- Skills & abilities: great organization & follow up, initiative, good communication, sense of urgency, problem resolution.
