Retail Coordinator

Overview: Join our dynamic team at Berjaya Times Square Theme Park as a Retail Coordinator! As a Retail Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in maintaining high standards across our stores, assisting with inventory, merchandising, and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily retail operations across various theme park stores.
  • Coordinate stock levels and inventory management to maintain optimal product availability.
  • Support store staff with training, guidance, and motivation to achieve sales goals.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld to create a vibrant, welcoming shopping environment.
  • Monitor sales performance, report trends, and provide insights to enhance customer experience.
  • Work with the Retail Manager on special projects, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in retail or customer service; theme park experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
