Technician
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team at Berjaya Times Square. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the mall’s facilities, ensuring all equipment and systems operate smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Respond to service requests from tenants and mall management in a timely manner.
- Assist with setup and support for mall events, as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs.
- Proven experience in maintenance or as a technician; mall or commercial building experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general repair work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
