Event Coordinator

Join our vibrant team as an Event Coordinator at Berjaya Times Square! We are looking for a creative and organized individual to plan, coordinate, and execute events that attract and engage visitors. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing the mall’s appeal and delivering memorable experiences for our community.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute a variety of events, including seasonal celebrations, product launches, and community activities.
  • Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and mall tenants to ensure successful event partnerships.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including setup, staffing, and equipment needs.
  • Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Promote events through social media, email marketing, and onsite signage in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Gather feedback and analyze event performance to improve future experiences.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
