Housekeeping Supervisor
We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Berjaya Times Square. This role is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping staff and ensuring that all areas of the mall are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and skilled at managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness standards throughout the mall.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet health and safety regulations.
- Train and support housekeeping staff in cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and customer service.
- Address and resolve any cleaning or maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order.
- Prepare shift schedules and manage daily work assignments.
- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision, ideally in a mall or commercial setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
