Reservation Supervisor
- Assist and deputizes the Assistant Reservation Manager in the supervision and efficient running of the Reservation Department.
- Take charge of the systematic and orderly filing of reservation correspondences.
Check the completed forms before filing.
- Reply, confirm and process all request for reservations according to established procedures.
- Maintain a healthy par-stock level of all printed forms and stationary required.
- Report for work punctually and neat attire complete with name tag.
- Assist in the supervision and control over the activities of the reservation personnel:
Assures that all reservations are correctly keyed into the computer.
To prepare monthly duty roster and attendance of Reservation staff and submit to the Assistant Reservation Manager for verifications and follow-ups.
Schedule meal breaks for reservation staff daily and to re-schedule staff duty roster if necessary.
