Learning & Culture Manager
To develop, implement and manage a cost-effective hotel-wide Training and Development plan for all levels of staff according to Hatten Hotel Melaka’s Training Policy.

- To initiate, conduct and monitor needs analysis of managers and supervisors.
- To design and implement training and career development programmed for managers/ supervisors and potential managers/ supervisors.
- To evaluate all requests and matters pertaining to training and career development of managers/ supervisors prior to implementation.
- To monitor the preparation of managers/ supervisors selected for training and development programmed.
- To be a facilitator of learning.
- To evaluate training and career development programmed for managers/ supervisors.
- To monitor the progress of post-training follow-up with trainees and their immediate Supervisors/ Department Head/ Divisional Head.
- To identify, train, develop, monitor and evaluate Concorde trainees.
- To update General Manager regarding on the status of the Hotel’s training and career development activities.
- To plan and monitor the training budget.
- To manage and administer the Training Department.
