Reservation Assistant
Job Requirement:
1. Experience in daily Front Office operation.
2. Able to work under pressure and shift work.
Standard Job Responsibilities:
1. Process all guest room reservations whether booked individually or on a group basis. Keep proper records of reservation booked
2. To maintain high standard personal appearance and hygiene at all time.
3. To maintain good working relation with your own colleagues and other department.
4. Highly motivated, self-starter, responsible.
5. Able to work under pressure
Key Responsibilities/Major Tasks:
1. Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
2. Exercises responsible behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel management team.
3. Reads the hotel's Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
4. Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
5. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
