Purchasing Executive

  • To plan, execute, monitor deliveries and control the purchasing and consignment activities and inventory level accordingly to the company policy and procedure.
  • Responsible for tracking project plans to accomplish business unit objectives, May also participate in sourcing, procurement and commodity activities in support of multiple supply chain units.
  • Identifying potential suppliers with support and follow-up on New Supplier Survey Forms return, signing of
Non-Disclosure Agreement and Contract.
  • Selecting strategic suppliers through ERP/AVL which have the ability to meet delivery, quality and competitiveness requirement.
  • To liaise with material planner and stores regarding material ordering and delivery plan in order to have material or products continuous supply to meet production demand. And reduce unnecessary high inventory to company.
  • Communicating and executing changes / Engineering Change Order involving supplier.
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignment as assign from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
