Purchasing Officer

Job Description:
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and placing orders with suppliers
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing suppliers to ensure reliable delivery and competitive pricing
  • Identify and onboard new suppliers to expand our procurement capabilities and drive cost savings
  • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the production team to ensure timely availability of materials
  • Prepare and analyse procurement reports to inform strategic decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills to secure the best possible terms with suppliers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in data analysis and report preparation to support informed decision-making
