Talent & Culture Coordinator

Job Description:
1.Recruitment Support:
  • Assist with job postings on various platforms and manage the application process.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Help maintain a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
2.Onboarding Assistance:
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and conducting orientations.
  • Help organize welcome events to integrate new employees into the company culture
3.Employee Engagement Activities:
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
  • Gather feedback through surveys and help analyze results to enhance employee satisfaction.
4.T&C Administrative Support:
  • Maintain employee records and assist with data entry in HR systems.
  • Support the team in developing HR policies and procedures that promote a positive culture.
5.Learning & Development:
  • Help coordinate training sessions and workshops for employee development.
  • Assist in creating and distributing training materials and resources.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Relevant internships or entry-level experience in human resources, talent management, or organizational culture is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for enhancing workplace culture.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Flexibility to participate in events and activities outside regular working hours as needed.
