Responsibilities:
- Attract and connect with talents, be pro-active and innovative to research the talent market to scout out for relevant talents needed
- Amplify the employer brand and value proposition across all channels in design and message
- Able to articulate well on company future direction and partner with hiring managers in providing solutions and selecting the “right type” of talents that have great impact towards the overall business
- Obsessed with candidate and hiring manager unmatched experience
- Constantly evaluate and review the current recruiting process and find opportunity to digitalize and automate the processes to achieve higher productivity and performance
- Take initiative to up-skill and learn the future trends
- Utilize and maximize the usage of recruitment technology/systems/tools to capture relevant data for machine learning and artificial intelligence purpose
- Support the implementation of cultures that drive innovation and employee engagement and inclusion in order to improve individual and organizational performance
- Tasks with sourcing, interviewing and on boarding new hires for various business functions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience – in house or agencies covering junior, mid-level to senior roles across multiple functions
- Well exposed to various search methodology and well verse with various latest recruitment insights.
- Able to manage volume and project hiring
- Comfortable in making cold calls and customer engagement at all level
- Customer First Mindset and continue exploring What is Possible in the hiring journey.
